What AtoZApply Does

AtoZApply is a Chrome extension that analyzes LinkedIn job postings to detect potentially fraudulent or "ghost" job listings, score how well a job matches your résumé, flag visa sponsors, and help you tailor your applications using AI.

Information We Collect

Account Information

• Your email address and basic profile, via Google Sign-In.
• Purpose: to create and manage your AtoZApply account.

Résumé & Profile Data

• The résumé you upload and the profile we derive from it (skills, experience, locations).
• Purpose: to compute your profile match score and tailor résumés and cover letters.

Job & Activity Data

• Job postings you view, and the jobs you save, apply to, or track through AtoZApply.
• Approximate region (derived from your IP) to show you the correct local price.
• Purpose: to run ghost-job analysis, store your history, and surface relevant matches.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to provide and improve AtoZApply's features — analysis, matching, tailoring, digests, and billing. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your résumé to train third-party models.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — authentication and database storage.
• Anthropic — AI analysis of job descriptions and résumés.
• Razorpay — secure payment processing for Pro subscriptions. We never see or store your full card details.
• Resend — delivery of your optional daily email digest.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@atozapply.com.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with industry-standard safeguards. While no system is perfectly secure, we work continuously to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

AtoZApply is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
