You fill in your details once — contact info, work authorization, notice period, expected salary — and upload your résumé in the extension. After that, an Auto Apply button appears on every job. Click it and AtoZApply completes the application: LinkedIn Easy Apply end-to-end, or the company's own portal (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Workable and more). If a form asks something it hasn't seen before, it pauses and asks you once, then remembers your answer for every future application. Sites that require creating an account or solving a CAPTCHA will pause for you to complete that step — everything else is automatic.

A ghost job is a posting that isn't a genuine, active opening — it might be a role that's already filled, a perpetual "always hiring" ad, or a listing kept up to collect résumés. AtoZApply scores each posting on 6+ signals (vague language, reposts, applicant patterns, recent layoffs, and more) so you can skip the fakes.

We combine fast on-device signals with a server-side AI analysis of the job description. The result is a 0–100 score: low means likely real, high means likely ghost — with a clear breakdown of every signal that contributed.

When a job is located in a supported country (Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Poland or the UK), we match the company against recognised and licensed sponsor lists. If it's a known sponsor, you'll see a "Visa Sponsor" badge on the job. If it's not listed, the company may still sponsor — we'll suggest confirming with the employer.
